What are possibilities for the police to be more easily reachable for people without directly calling?
Context
Police officers on social media are getting more reports through their account. These reports do not end up in the police system. The officers receiving these reports are not always available to handle them, which can cause some reports to go unnoticed. The police wants possible solutions to solve this problem.
Results
We created a web application where users can enter a report to the police. These reports end up directly in the police system. There is a dashboard for the control room where all reports will be visible. Users can also enter a live chat directly with officers in the control room.
