Veiligheidsregio - HR data analysis
Project description
Main Research Question: How can a dashboard enhance the HR department's response efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing data from internal systems like Topdesk and telephony records?
Within Veiligheidsregio Limburg-Noord the HR team needs an effective way to manage the data because they get a significant amount of information from the departments they work with.
By doing this we need to make a dashboard in Power BI that can help them manage their data and time, using their KPIs and the ones we found in our research.
Context
There are 25 Veiligheidsregio's in the Netherlands. The Veiligheidsregio's are all set up by the government to protect the country and provide healthcare. Veiligheidsregio Limburg-Noord is responsible for the fire department, disaster response, crisis management and public health in the region. Veiligheidsregio Limburg-Noord does not only respond to incidents, but also ensure safety by identifying risks and preparing for potential based on them for potential disasters and crises. Veiligheidsregio Limburg-Noord functions through collaboration with other agencies in the region (i.e. police, hospitals, schools, municipalities). In a lot of towns are departments of the Veiligheidsregio Limburg-Noord, such as a fire department or GGD.
The communication within the organization must be exceptional to ensure crisis prevention, safety measures and ensuring timely and coordinated responses during a crisis or disaster. With this system, the organization collects a lot of data about incidents and safety within the region. This data can be used to analyze the situation and be more prepared
