Developing a self-service application for different school organizations

Context

At the moment, when students and teachers need help regarding their technical issues, they go to the helpdesk. It would be much easier if users could fix their problems by themselves, so that is why, our goal is to create an application which makes it possible for users to solve their problems by themselves.

Results

The most important outcome is that we have an application which uses a sort of hybrid of an FAQ page and a AI chatbot functionality, which answers specific school related questions.
