Project description

How to encourage loyal customers to bring more new clients to Bierens Group by using a referral program?

The main objective of this project is to get current clients for Bierens to refer friends, associates or business parters to Bierens.

Context

This is a Media project. We researched the possibilities and how to achieve them. We did a lot of graphic design to realize the prototypes.

Results

We came up with a referral system, we researched rewards, we created prototypes and researched the technical limitations.
The end result is a high fidelity prototype.

About the project group

We made a new referral project for Bieren Law. This was our industry project and we worked on it for most of the semester. For Innovation insight we made a interactive prototype.
