Project description
Our main research questions is as follows:
How can a future-ready collaborative solution be designed to enable Axians and their customers in project management to monitor financial performance, product progress, and customer experience, while enhancing task creation, issue tracking, and capacity planning?
A dashboard for Axians should clearly display both project experience and project budget to give users a quick and easy overview of key performance indicators. The project experience section could focus on metrics like customer satisfaction, quality scores, and team feedback, offering insights into how well the project meets expectations in terms of time, and quality.
The project budget section should show real-time updates on budget utilization, comparing planned versus actual worked hours. Visual tools like graphs or progress bars can make it easier to see whether the project is on track. Together, these features would give a complete picture of how the project is performing and where adjustments might be needed.
Context
We are collaborating with Axians, a part of VINCI energies a global player in consulting and ICT services. Axians itself specializes in designing, implementing and maintaining ICT infrastructure for different industries. Axians provides services to its customers such as network infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity and digital transformation. The mission of Axians in the ICT field is to help businesses, public organisations and service providers harness the power of digital technology to improve the operations and services, they are doing this by delivering innovative solutions in ICT
Results
The problem regarding the project is that there is a lot of data from Synergy regarding ongoing projects available, which is not being effectively visualized. Axians has tasked us with developing a dashboard to address this. The point of the dashboard is for both Axians and their clients to have clear insights on the ongoing projects.
To summarize our goal is to create a Dashboard where Axians and the Axians’ client can collaborate/integrate together on the same dashboard that offers informative and collaboration features for ongoing project available to both Axians and their clients. On the dashboard there must be financial information(budget vs realisation), project experience((Quality)(Customer, Employee, Third party)), integration possibilities between Axians/supplier(create tasks, issues, add information to current tasks/issues), RFC-demands, overview from planned planning consultancy. Additionally there can be schedule or ask for meetings with the other party involved, creating and assigning tasks, accessing and uploading documents.
