Project description

Our task was to create a prioritization model for KLG which will help them improve their KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Context

IT project, where we created a prioritization model for the client

Results

We have 2 final prototypes - one on Python and one on Power BI. Other than that we have prepared a detailed business advice and an implementation plan.
