Fontys ICT students present future at Innovations Insight

At Fontys ICT, students gain valuable practical experience through applied research. Collaboration with business partners allows them to learn from practice and apply knowledge in the field. Every six months, students present their results during Innovations Insight, which takes place at the Fontys InnovationLab at Strijp-T. The next edition is scheduled for 22 June at 14:00 and is open to the public.

SPARC Innovation Award

Innovations Insight is an event where innovation, education and research come together. Third- and fourth-year students are given the stage to show what they have learned. During the event, a jury will be present, consisting of members of the Sharing Platform for Applied Research Cooperation (SPARC): Maurice van Veghel, Chris Hendriks and Martin Hundepool. The top three projects will be presented with a SPARC Innovation Award.

The Sharing Platform for Applied Research Cooperation (SPARC) is the collective of Partners in Innovation and affiliated to the Fontys ICT InnovationLab. They (co-)enable Fontys ICT's student projects and applied research.

Special guest

This time we are hosting a special guest, namely Eindhoven Mayor Jeroen Dijsselbloem. As part of getting to know the city, he will pay a working visit to the Fontys ICT InnovationLab. Students will show him around during the event to get acquainted with the practical research and its direct impact on society. But above all, he will get to know our best ambassadors: our students!

Innovations Insight will take place at the Fontys ICT InnovationLab at Strijp-T (Achtseweg Zuid 151C) from 14:00 - 16:00. Registration is required and can be done via this link.
