Project description

The research aims to answer the main research question: “Which open Geo-Data sources have added value for the NVWA?”

Context

NVWA utilizes a lot of internal and external data to perform different analyses to guarantee safety within the different subjects. The subjects are the following: Animal health, Plant health, Water pollution, Product safety and Food safety. The research is done to get a better idea of how the open geo-data sources contribute to the formulating these analyses and to get a larger amount of data for these analyses

Results

The project has three deliverables: the long data sources list, the short data sources list and the advisory rapport. The Long list will provide an overview of all the different data sources and the short list will give an overview of the final selected data sources. The advisory rapport provides an overview of the research conducted and will substantiate the results and the advice
