The main research question is: How can HLB use SMART ways of recognizing problems and finding the right information for their users? The team will investigate various methods by using DOT Framework to streamline the filing process
Context
J solutions is a company started in early 2023 and consist of a team of driven IT professionals with combined field of expertise. J solutions is a company started to help clients with all kinds of problems related to IT. We work project based, and we use proven IT research methods to tackle matter professionally. J solutions collaborates with the team on projects to find and consult our clients on a fitting solution for every problem.
Results
As a result, we delivered, business advice, implementation plan, prototype, user guide and system manual.
About the project group
Everyone has a background on business profile, some of the students already did their minor and some of us still need to start the minor.
