Project description
The Vinci Energies project is about creating a live dashboard for the company that analyzes and visualizes the data regarding their ticket system. The company uses TOPdesk to create tickets for engineers to solve. This data is extracted using an ODATA Feed connection into a Power BI File. By cleaning the data and then analyzing Delta Company is going to provide a dashboard which can be used to make management decisions.

The live dashboard including a manual on how to use the dashboard and make edits later on (if necessary). A dashboard that can be shared among the entire company with the correct levels of security added.
