Project description
How can data and analytics be leveraged to provide the companies an accessible overview of their CO2 commuting footprint, showed in a dashboard and complying with the new Government regulations?
The companies will have a dashboard about their CO2 commuting emission, using Power BI and Azure, based on the commuting regulations that are set by the government.
SilverFox Analytics should find out if all the data that’s needed for a right measurement is available. That way, we could answer their doubts regarding the CO2 emissions and how can the companies improve their actual plan in order to obey the new requirements asked by the government.
A report on how they should implement the plan will also be delivered.

About the project group
Our group consists of 4 members. Silvia and Maria study Applied Mathematics, Juul studies Industrial Engineering Management and Nick studies ICT and Business. We share some personal challenges and have adapted to each other in order to work in the best way possible. The project has been running since the very beginning, although it has suffered some changes of objective in the first 6 weeks. In our case, we work with the Scrum method, in which each one of us has a specific role and every week we do Stand-ups to check that everyone is on track with their tasks, as well as doing a Scrum Review and Scrum planning. We do this at the end of each Sprint with a duration of 2 weeks. This way we can improve in each sprint and we do not lose sight of the main objective of the project.
