Project description
The RIGS (Robot Is Geen Superverspreider) project, led by project owner Cees van Tilborg, was initiated three years ago in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Its primary objective is to develop an autonomous robot capable of assisting in the hospitality sector, reducing physical interactions, and enhancing overall safety and efficiency. The vision for this project is to empower users to select waypoints on a map via a mobile application, enabling the robot to autonomously navigate to those waypoints while intelligently avoiding obstacles.

Navigation, mobile application, live location, changing the speed of the robot, indicator to show direction.
