Predicting anomalies in Kubernetes clusters
Project description
SUE offers Kubernetes cluster hosting for their clients and would like to identify possible problems within these clusters. SUE wants to utilize artificial intelligence models to pre-emptively solve these potential problems.
Context
SUE is a Netherlands based IT company, offering cloud native solutions for businesses. Their company hosts products from their clients in Kubernetes clusters.
SUE wants to improve their hosting effectiveness by utilizing Artificial Intelligence to predict possible irregularities within their hosted clusters. SUE hopes to be able to get ahead of problems using this approach, allowing them to solve problems before their client’s end-users have to face them.
Results
The primary goal of this project, is to explore and investigate new discoveries within the field of AI, possibly leveraging this growing industry as a part of the security strategies used by cloud providers/hosts. Within this research various prediction techniques within the field of AI are explored and compared to find a solution that is both reliable and adaptable for predicting malicious behavior now and into the future within a short time frame.
