Project description
Our goal was to use data to create an entertaining experience for the World Cup audience and tell the story of the competition.
Context
Even though football is one of the most popular sports in the world and the FIFA World Cup is the biggest international sports event ever, the matches themselves may not always be interesting for casual watchers, and the wild and abnormal results may not be noticed.
Results
The project resulted on clear visuals and interesting outcomes that could tell the story of the competition and maybe be able to explain to a casual football watcher how some outcomes were so interesting.
