Project description

Our project was focused on creating an information provision of operational activity reporting which is less error-prone and timesaving for the management. The side part is focused on creating an insightful data visualisation for the global fixed assets ledger. With this creating a base for future implementations all the processes within the new ERP-system, also to convince the MT about the new architectural IT organization.

Context

Ionbond is part of IHI corporation which is a comprehensive heavy-industry manufacturer. To contribute to the industry of IHI, Ionbond focuses to provide high quality standard coating portfolios for the cutting, moulding, and forming tool market by offering customized solution for their customers making Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components.

Results

The result of this project is a dashboard in Power BI for the operational management. The dashboard creates insights for operational managers so they can make decisions based on the information the dashboard gives them.

About the project group

Our group is made of four people, Olivier and Ilyes are from the education Fontys ICT & Business. Kursat is from the education ICT & Software and Kevin is from the education of Fontys Finance and control.
