Project description

The goal of this project is to deliver an app that gets used by the employees of GAC and empowers them to keep a healthy lifestyle. The employees can earn points by performing certain activities or exercises during their workday. They can perform these exercises together for an extra boost in points. Examples of these activities are taking a walk outside, doing pushups, etc. In the end, these points can be traded in for a donation by GAC to charity. The highest contributing employee will also receive an extra reward. Usage of this app will contribute to a better world and better well-being of GAC’s employees.

Context

The client of this project is GAC Business Solutions. GAC is supplier and consultant of Microsoft Dynamics software products. Their goal is to optimise the business processes of their clients using this software. GAC believes that their success is directly related to the happiness and well-being of their employees. That’s why they spend quite some time in facilitating the well-being of their employees and is how they came up for the idea of this project. With the outcome of this project, they hope to further improve the well-being of their employees.
