How to realize a platform to support video streaming, storage, remote control of an embedded system and make it secure?

Context

In the past year, Student+ has seen several students who, due to medical treatments, have not been able to be present at school as much as they would have wanted to. Microsoft Teams can be used to follow classes at a distance, but this has not been the best solution. It has not allowed them to see their fellow students, only their teacher. It is important for these students to make friends and feel connected to their classmates.

This project has started this semester because there is a chronical ill student who want to study at Fontys. He will be our test person
