Project description
Improving the injury revalidation process for the first team of PSV by applying the Microsoft Power Platform
Context
PSV makes use of an administrative system for physiotherapists called the RehabApp. The RehabApp consists of two separate applications. One for data input and one for the overview of the available data. PSV wants these two combined into one application and next to that they want SharePoint cut out of the equation. Also, they want to add new functionalities and rethink which data they want to put in.
This makes for more efficient administrative processes that allow the therapists to do what they are hired to do, treat injured players and keep them ready for action. Next to that it gives the data department the opportunity to rethink what insights they want to have, and which data is required to realize those insights. These insights allow for better decision making based on data.
Next to that, if time and budget allow, the Tableau visualization could use improvement. This is not required for the project to be successful.
In order to realize the new app, the project team will investigate the existence of SAAS solutions that can fulfil PSV’s requirements. If the project team chooses to develop a new application, the team will research alternative (low/no code) platforms and whether starting from scratch or continuing with the RehabApp is the most sensible solution.
Results
Our most important outcome is a product that pleases the wishes of the paramedic team of PSV. We delivered an improved application which improves the team their processes. The result is also future-proof. They can always add new things to our product.
