Project description
1. What are the wishes and needs of our current partners with regard to information provision and the way in which they receive the information.
2. How can we generate new leads? So attract new (potential) partners.
3. How can we let our existing partners (eg ASML and PSV) become ambassadors so that they can also contribute to transferring the Innovationlab message / attract potential partners.
Context
The project was for TQ InnovationLab. TQ InnovationLab is an educational institution offering hybrid learning environments. On location, all kinds of research are possible in laboratories.
In these hybrid learning environments, students and companies (Partners) work together on practical issues. In this way, companies come into contact with young talent and the students gain more experience by solving practical problems.
Results
1. Ambassador page: Page on the new TQ website where all ambassadors are prominently displayed. Every ambassador gets his own testimonial video and there is a joint ambassador video. Also in the form of a testimonial. Download example here (word.docx)
2. Matchmaking tool: students can take a test here that determines their personality type. In this way the best balance can be formed in the project groups. Students (and partners) gain insight into each other's capacities and points for improvement. This way the soft skills can be improved. Download example here (PDF)
3. Partner Corner: A special room where Partners (and students) can work and meet. The partner corner has a large conference table, screens with project results, presentation screen, logo wall and a lounge area. This space can be used for meetings between partners, job interviews between students and partners and meeting space for partners. (See Gallery at the bottom of this page)
4. Project management tool: This is a special login for partners on the TQ InnovationLab website. Here partners can log in and gain insight into other projects, chat with each other, collaborate and share knowledge about the projects. Download example here (PDF)
5. Communication: using LinkedIn and the relevant content. Research showed that there was a need for events, project results, new partners, general news and newsletters.
