Project description
For Social Media, AEF is looking for students who create and (when there is time) implement a strategy. At the moment they use Facebook, Twitter , Instagram and LinkedIn. The project will start with an analysis of the current channels and the execution of a benchmark. After this you will start working on the strategy: the goal, the target group, what kind of content, which channels, et cetera.
Context
“Abundant Earth Foundation (AEF) is a nonprofit organization creating partnerships between funders and grassroots projects who are creating solutions to benefit local communities through programs that support regenerative food security, education, gender equality, climate action, decent work, and economic growth.
Results
We made two different benchmarks of AEF. One was about the social media platforms of AEF and the other one was from the website. After that we made a persona, so that we know what target audience to target and with that we made a customer journey with a lot of different touchpoints in it. We want to use those touchpoints and put them in our storytelling. We made one 'big' story and made 4 different little stories out of it. Which we want to use for advertisemenents on Facebook. We are now testing the ads.
About the project group
Jibbe is at Fontys and is following the SpeCo course and Lars is following the Commercial Economics course. They both worked on the project for 15 weeks. They worked together every day and gave each other feedback where necessary. On the 22th of June we are presentating the results of our assignment
