GAC automation

Project description

The aim of the project was to automate the first phase of a project, the diagnosis phase. This means that the consultant has to spend less time with a customer and the customer can immediately start with his diagnosis for an ERP system from Microsoft.

Context

GAC supplies Microsoft ERP systems. In the first phase, a consultant goes to a customer to ask various questions about the different functionalities. However, due to the busy schedule, several weeks have often passed before this meeting takes place. By means of the solution, GAC should be able to improve the effectiveness of the diagnosis phase. As a result, they aim to achieve their BHAG to support 25,000 satisfied users by 2033.

Results

Delivered RPA flow that uses chatbot information to perform a consultant analysis by asking basic questions and format those into an analysis document for a consultant to determine project scope.
It translates basic analysis questions to master data settings of the ERP solutions. This way the solution is already partially built when the POC is being finalized

Also, we delivered a framework for GAC to audit the effectiveness of the solution when they start to implement to solution to their customers.
