Project description
The main research question of the project revolves around giving users the ability to run multiple forex algorithmic strategy backtests at the same time - something which is not possible with most other backtesting platforms.
Context
LazyTrader Automated Trading resides in the domain of FinTech. It is created for forex traders who use automated strategies to trade and who would like to backtest and optimize said strategies against past market data in an easy and efficient way. It currently supports strategies built on MQL4, the programming language of one of the biggest trading platforms in the world - MetaTrader 4.

Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and Project Focus
Current TRL 7 (System/Sub-system Prototype Demonstration - Actual System Completed and Qualifying Technology):
This stage involved demonstrating prototypes in real-world settings or integrating them with existing systems.
Our activities would concentrate on pilot deployments, user testing in real-world environments, and preparing the technology for full-scale adoption.
