Chatbot improvement
Project description
The goal of this project is to improve a higher education admissions related chatbot. The main focus is overall user satisfaction improvement and adding a custom large language model to the flow. For this reason we tested multiple flows to confirm which one is the most suitable. The main objective of this project was to do extensive testing and providing advice to the product owners.
Context
The context of this project revolves around enhancing the capabilities of chatbots within higher education institutions. As educational technology evolves, chatbots are increasingly being integrated into various aspects of academic and administrative processes. This project aims to improve the performance, functionality, and user experience of these chatbots. By optimizing chatbot interactions, this initiative seeks to streamline communication, provide timely assistance, and improve engagement, ultimately fostering a more efficient and supportive learning environment.
Results
Based on the testing we have done, although limited, we concluded in the previous chapter that version 3 of the chatbot was the best version based on user input. Namely because of its strong overall performance.
About the project group
Our group is a part of the Harmonia company, we are all following the Advanced Business semester. The individuals in our group have a broad range of skills, such as business intelligence, data science, software development and AI. Through combining our knowledge we worked together effectively in an Agile approach.
